Refund policy
Refunds I can offer refunds on items that are not custom or personalized. However, all items will be refunded MINUS the shipping charges. In addition, there is a restocking fee for refunded items of 2.4% to cover nonrefundable transaction fees. Any items processed through Paypal will be charged 2.9% on US orders, 4.4% on international orders to cover Paypal's nonrefundable transaction fees.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. YOU MUST CONTACT US BY EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
To start a return, you can contact us at kksculpture@kkwearablesculpture.com. You’ll need to send the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item returned.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for shipping costs. Insurance is suggested as we can't be responsible for items lost during transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note. All precious and semi-precious stones have naturally occurring inclusions & marks. It's in the nature of how these gem stones form. Pieces should not be considered defective solely because of such inclusions, marks or inconsistency in color since those marks add to the uniqueness and natural beauty of the stone.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately If it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send a photo to kksculpture@kkwearablesculpture.com so we may understand evaluate the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and some of the one of a kind pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
