The silver has an oxidized patina for a dark, shiny look.
The double knot with its end pieces is 2.5” x .5” x .25” approximately. It has a slight curve to it.
The end caps are computer modeled while the knots are modeled in wax.
A double knot or a friendship knot. A love knot or a marriage knot. I saw a knot like this on a Victorian ring. Possibly not a knot, too.
