An 8.4 ct baroque pearl measuring 27mm x 15.6mm x 4.5mm set in sterling silver. The butterfly has a 3mm sapphire cab eye. There's a safety catch pin on the back.
The entire brooch measures 1.2" x 1.1" x .28". The body of the butterfly is blackened silver while the wing setting is satin finished.
One of a kind.
The butterfly was modeled on the computer in Zbrush, 3d printed, cast and blackened with a liver of sulfur patina. The silver has been waxed.
