Step 2: 3d Print the first time.

It’s sometimes hard to understand space and the size of the model when viewing it on a computer monitor. I print early on to understand the size and to see which details work and which don’t. I also find that seeing the piece in its actual size helps me understand where it needs work if it’s working as a piece. Occasionally I’ll see a print and instantly know I’m on the right track or that it’s finished.
