The aquamarine is 8.57 carat and measures 18.8mm x 11.35mm x 5.46mm. With its setting, it measures .69" x .48" x .224". The back piece, which is sterling silver blackened with liver of sulfur, measures .9" x .697" x .097". They hang so you can see the back piece through the refraction of the front gemstone. It's on a 16" sterling silver chain with a hook clasp.
It's not exactly a rectangle. I followed the shape of the aquamarine piece I had so it's a little skewed, but not much. I didn't want to waste the stone.

Modeled on the computer in Zbrush, 3d printed in a castable resin, cast in silver, finished with a liver of sulfur patina. I cut the aquamarine. The back piece has been waxed.
